My framework can produce results for even the most niche websites in as little as two weeks. It consists of three parts:
- my 4 Phase System
- my Exposure Feature Methodology
- my Attribution Service Network
My 4 Phase System
I’ve engineered my 4 Phase System to bring a structured approach to how clients grow their organic traffic. It’s a cyclical solution process that serves as a marketing feedback loop that can be applied to any task or goal. Here are the basic steps written to an easily memorable rhyme:
- Audit & Analyze
- Plan & Strategize
- Test & Utilize
- Measure & Optimize
It utilizes my exposure feature methodology to build solutions that address the problems discovered by my audit. My attribution service network is used to report insights and measure solution efficacy.
My audit finds problems.
My comprehensive audit begins with an inventory of the digital/physical market presence and outreach of the organization (including content, PPC ads, and social media profiles), which features a high fidelity backlink catalog. This is followed up with a deep dive into things like:
- Website Front End
- Supporting Stack
- Usability & Engagement
- Analytics & Attribution
- Functional Operations
As an option, my audit can cover organizational support processes that marketing departments traditionally are responsible for, including sales enablement, reporting, and security.
I fix those problems.
When my audit uncovers many of the ugly sore spots of a business, solutions can be made. I identify causes to create actionable insights and use them to develop a manifest plan that coordinates my work without the conflicts of shutdowns and pauses in service.
The work involved varies wildly: Issues as simple as a typo in a phone number have crippled businesses, and sometimes the fix is as easy as changing a digit. In other cases, however, I’ve had to overhaul entire marketing departments and build protocol from scratch.
Take a look around. Is there something you should fix, but haven’t? Don’t let it fester. Contact me today.
I test and work with quality.
Always fitting my solutions to the desires of the client whenever possible, I strive for excellence in two areas: client satisfaction and objective, measurable results. It’s not enough for a client to be excited with how my work represents their brand – it needs to perform well for them, too.
I report my results and adjust
Rarely is a marketing plan perfect from the start, but that’s okay: The important principle to uphold is to forever improve by setting up a feedback loop to adjust and adapt to changing markets, which means measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Some Benefits of my 4 Phase System
If measurable results reliably progressing towards previously recorded goals hasn’t sold you already, here are some of the more common desires
I make websites faster + lighter.
One of the first things I do when diving into the website’s front end is crawl the domain with selenium and run a set of client-side reporting tests, including Pingdom, GTmetrix, Google Lighthouse, and YSlow.
I’m left with an aggregate report covering the various instances of uncompressed assets, render-blocking code, and server-side holdups.
If the report leads me to believe there are issues with the stack, like issues with apache/nginx/IIS/lightppd/litespeed for example, I ask for ssh access to investigate further.
I use the collected data in developing a checklist for my action plan. Each item gets addressed in a cycle that runs like this:
- Test a conceptual example
- Create a backup version
- Set up any necessary infrastructure
- Implement the solution
I build organic rank reliably.
I direct keyword-focused content production & publication strategies that maximize exposure and conversions. I utilize structured data and schema. My Exposure Feature Methodology is like an orange-juicer for content value: it squeezes every last drop out of created media and authored articles for the most benefit by mandating policies on platform priority and presentation principles.
Elbow grease included for the cost conscious.
Though I excel when working with others, I can operate independently. When the necessary human/tech/capital resources aren’t available, I can modify and execute alternate strategies myself. These secondary strategies are incredibly lean, cost-effective, and though they are not usually desirable for larger organizations, I routinely rely on them for small businesses to great effect.
I cut CPC by improving quality scores on sites + ads.
I analyze the composition of both the target site and the ad campaigns ran for it, following Google guidelines & best practices every step of the way. I look for points of concern and issues to build a list of actionable insights. Many solutions I implement are A/B tested for the best performance.
Ecommerce? No Problem.
I’ve built, rebuilt, maintained, and grown online stores in many markets, selling anything from chocolates to industrial materials. My ecommerce systems have accomplished many goals, like growing sales and organic rank, or reducing staff burden from market success. Almost all of my projects were built-to-suit.
My Exposure Feature Methodology
The main reason (aside from production strategy and quality) why my projects get so much visibility is my policy and ruleset for best practices when considering all possible channels, networks, and platforms for distribution.
It blows my mind how some companies will burn a 6-figure budget on a set of campaigns and ignore best practices for launch. Being effective in both production and distribution is critical for success. My Exposure Feature Methodology is a set of rules and guidelines that ensure the most benefit possible from all released content.
Platform Priority Decision Tree
The ability to identify how lucrative various marketing channels are for produced content is required for the plans that make the most of that produced content.
This part of my Exposure Feature Methodology is a computational decision tree with inputs from the content, the organization, its goals, and the context to generate output guidelines for optimal results. It weighs various possibilities and probabilities and reports its indication of a best and second best choice of platform release plans.
I utilize this system for a better forecast and a better plan for content release/distribution.
Presentation Principles
This isn’t a computational system, but rather a series of guidelines to make the most of distributed content. It covers the main aspects of distribution, from written copy & featured image to intraplatform placement and display/impression triggering.
